Absolutely Good Stay!

cute staff safety precaution comfortable bed hotel toiletries

The staff were so cute from arrival to departure. Nothing was too much trouble for them, really. I also found the safety precautions were very well managed and kept everything spick and span. I slept so well because the bed was very comfortable and had soft pillows. The hotel toiletries, Noble Isle, had a delicious scent. I ordered some for my home.

Before my arrival, I had sent an email to the hotel about my arrival time.

dirty carpet cheap furniture

i was a little disappointed with some aspects. the air conditioning was turned off, yet the rooms were quite hot. the bar was closed on monday and tuesday. i also noticed the carpet seemed a bit dirty, and the furniture looked cheap (banged up, even).

the accommodations are not what i expect from a five star hotel. the room had dirty carpets and cheap furniture looked banged up. the bathroom sink was small. the hair dryer was also filthy. the bar was closed on some days, i do not understand.

i had a wonderful stay there. the staff went out of their way to ensure i was comfortable. they catered to my allergies very well. the rooms are spacious and quiet, which i needed.
